The race is on quiet country lanes and is undulating but fast. The nature of the event requires a team of 4 to each complete one leg of the 3.26 mile course. Teams of less than 4 can enter with runners running more than one leg.

The great location, facilities and family friendly atmosphere make it ideal for supporters to cheer on their team at each ‘runner changeover’. Enjoy post-race picnics/celebrations after the event. Bar and food is available in the Sports Pavilion.

Facilities: Distance markers, toilets at start/finish, changing facilities, parking available onsite, goody bag provided for each runner, water provided – bring your own cup or bottle.

After successfully using chip timing in 2024 we will be adopting the batons once again for 2025 and Live results will be available throughout the event. There will also be split timing available at the halfway point of the race.
